According to the website of the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration on September 5, 2023, Guangdong Gujia Lighting Co., Ltd. took the initiative to report the recall plan to the Guangdong Provincial Market Supervision Administration in accordance with the requirements of the "Interim Provisions on the Management of Consumer Product Recall". Recall of some Gujia brand GD-LS02-05-W4-15D model embedded LED lamps manufactured between November 1, 2018 and December 31, 2019, involving 2,000 units.

The embedded LED lamps within the scope of this recall, due to product marking, structure, grounding requirements, insulation resistance and electrical strength items do not meet the requirements of GB 7000.1-2015, GB 7000.202-2008 standards, may cause the risk of electric shock, there is a safety hazard.

Guangdong Gujia Lighting Co., Ltd. said it will replace a new product that meets safety requirements for consumers free of charge or return the product to eliminate safety hazards.
